Our kitchen, from scratch
Everything that lands on your table starts in our kitchen — hand-pattied burgers, house-made cheese sauce, hand-cut steaks, and sauces built the long way. We cook with intention, and guests can taste the difference.
The space we built
Industrial textures meet warm light: barrel-stave walls, red accents, and an open patio that invites you to stay a while. It's a modern room with a genuinely welcoming feel.

We source from local farmers because fresh ingredients make every dish better — and because supporting this community is part of who we are. The Black Hills feed us, and we're proud to return the favor.
